  • Go over to the Levels tab. Check if the Microphone volume is set at 100, which is the maximum. If the output is still inadequate, you need to check if you are too far away from the mic. 

  • However, if you feel that the output is too loud, then you can minimize this level until you are okay with the output. As a standard practice, the Microphone Boost must be set at a minimum of +10.0dB.

  • If available, move to the Enhancements tab. Remove the checkmark on Disable all sound effects. Select the Immediate mode, you also need to tick the Noise Suppression and the Acoustic Echo Cancellation box.

  • Once you are done with making all these changes, click on Apply to save the settings. After this, do some trials to check if the issue is resolved. If not, then you can try the next method.
